In this practice we’ll begin to experiment with lightening any scaffolding practices; spacing them out and holding them with less effort.
A useful analogy might be that of balancing something; you use your hands to balance it, and then at a certain point it no longer needs you: you lighten your hold more and more until you notice that you can take your hands away completely and it stays standing without your help.
In this practice we keep lightening the scaffolding practice and notice how little effort is actually still needed to maintain it. Eventually it just requires the lightest intention.
