
In this practice we‘ll play with taking a “parts” view of the mind, identifying parts that arise in your experience, recognising their positive intention for you, and practising the skill of unblending from them. When you’re less blended with any particular part and any particular agenda, you’ll find the spacious, non-judgemental, accepting awareness that remains, which is naturally and effortlessly coloured by metta.
